A 58-10 game when everyone else is sucking? Its all about narrative and this might boost harden's narrative after he lost some.

Giannis is the betting favorite at -125 which is slightly more than 50%. Earlier harden had been the betting favorite.

there's a big bias against him. I think if he does 3 straight and we win he will be

Probably not. He needs to at least finish with the 3 seed to have a shot in my opinion. Giannis having the best record in the league is a huge boost to his chances.

But there should be no doubt who the best player in the league is at this moment in time. It’s Harden.

It shouldn't even be a question. Harden is the MVP.

3 seed is attainable. I believe the last game of the season is against OKC. Very likely could come down to that game

Windhorst said if a vote were held today Harden would win. Zach Lowe said if it were held today Giannis would win.

I guess all we know is that it’s going to be down to the wire.

I thought the majority of the media has decided he wasn't in the lead though. The Scott Foster's and Tony Brothers's of the world are definitely doing their best to sabotage his great games.

Who cares?! He has proven himself beyond the MVP race. The man has consistently raised the bar with his performance. Every criticism he’s received he just comes right back and absolutely makes people eat crow. The true test for MVP, to me, is players’ MVP.

No, and it's not close IMO.

I think Giannis has it won. Rockets and Harden would have to go on a 10+ game winning streak with Harden dropping 40 every night again to bring him back into the discussion.

The media and the average nba fan loves big numbers and flashy stats...so yes this helps.

You stole it from him twice. Harden is giving the voters no choice this time.

Love your homerism Clutch, but one can also ask, “was he ever in the lead”? IMHO the bias towards against Harden is legit! Seems to me that every year the narrative for winning the MVP changes, and it always changes against what the Beard is doing. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s robbed AGAIN....

    Go Rockets!!!

No, they'll wait till Paul George's next 40+ point/triple double game and continue to crown him as MVP like they've been recently doing.
