So do you? If you don't what are your reasons? I'm eager to see who else doesn't celebrate Christmas.
If you don't celebrate Christmas and you don't like America you can git out! <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/nT0OqHr3wHQ&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/nT0OqHr3wHQ&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Yes, I do. I'm certain the large majority of Americans do, in fact. I hope the people that respond that they don't in this thread, aren't an arse about it and start insulting people that do.
I'm jewish and my wife is catholic. We celebrate both. The kids love it because they think it means extra gifts.
Of course I do. Infact, my family competes on who has the best baby jesus/nativity set. Being catholic, the nativity set is more important than the tree. My favorite christmas songs include "last christmas" and the one by alvin and the chipmunks...oh and Jingle bell rock of course. My favourite animated christmas movie is frosty the snowman, rudolph is overrated. they don't make great christmas movies anymore =(
Of course. I couldn't imagine life without it. <object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/mB8cgq8Hbw8&hl=en_US&fs=1&"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/mB8cgq8Hbw8&hl=en_US&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
Depends on how you play it. We're not buying any more than we would have before, we're just spreading them out.
You need to get your facts straight: he was born in Bethlehem around 2000 years ago. He was NOT born in your home.
I'm not a Christian and I don't celebrate Christmas. I think Christmas is way too commercialized as it is, so I would feel weird celebrating it as a non-Christian.
I do, my favorite time of year. Visiting family, the food, the lights, the smells (cinamon...etc.), the music. Headed to Saudi in 2 weeks, so it's going to be a bit of a dud xmas wise...but still can't wait.
I would think Jehovah Witnesses wouldn't. I'm a Christian, not a Jehovah Witness, but I don't celebrate Christmas or easter, or any other holiday really. Doesn't really bother me if other people do, it's just my belief not to. I wanted to see how other people felt about the subject.
The timing is unsettling (coinciding with pagan holidays and such) but yes, I like to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.
