definitely it goes hand and hand but unfortunately in professional sports especially the NBA being players driven, the coach gets the shorter end of the stick. something that just needed to be done. now if nothing changes that's when player personnel becomes the next step to fix
I posted a theory that the players did not play hard in order to get McHale to be fired. Now it looks like it is a correct theory. As for the firing McHale, you can not fire the players or trade them for good returns, only thing you can do is fire the coach, specially, he is not a good coach as we all know that.
Dude is a moron. That Miami game where the Heat played small ball and had only Whiteside and McHale counters by benching Capela throughout a critical stretch. Capela is gazelle fast and could probably beat some guards down the court. Nobody to challenge Whiteside and the Rox lose a 21 pt lead and also the game.
what if he never got fired? were they just gonna play like **** the hwole season, cuz they didnt like the coach? "waaaaaaaaaaaaah waaaaaaah we dotn like the coach waaaaaah we missed the playoffs"
