D-mo has been improving each game. It's exciting. Those free throws were valuable for his late-game experience.
Interesting that he finished the game tonight. Actually not so much. It is what current RAPM data suggests is the best course.
The team has won 13 out of 17 since DMo got out of the doghouse. He's been averaging 20 minutes a game during that stretch and the 2 games he got less than 15 minutes they lost. I know it's his D that helps but it's everything.

Same here. I'm gladly eating crow. He's clearly worked hard on his game and those 2 clutch ft's are a few examples of how he is showing it.
He was NEVER garbage, he was just a guy who needed time to get comfortable - you could see this coming from a long way away, he was trying to hard, now he KNOWS he can make a mistake and stay on the floor. Having a coach who believes in you helps a lot, DMo has major skills and upside - glad we kept him. DD
