[Discussion] Things to take away from this series for next season...

A good takeaway question at this point is how far has the so-called "advance analytics" taken the Rockets? Could such tool have predicted that the Rockets would be this kind of team at the moment starting from the inception of the Morey era? If there were many unforeseen events in between, then it begs the question of how good of a predictive tool is statistics if it was said to promote the new era of basketball management. These are things that need to be looked into especially by Mr. Alexander who was the first and only owner in professional sports to hire a statistician for a general manager.
