Direct TV customers

Not DTV's fault. I bet the Rockets are demanding a ton for CSN because Les is counting on the value of Lin and Royce White. He is betting that DTV will succumb to the power of the Asiam community and the mental health community.

 

I actually called DTV today and requested it. They told me they dont have it, they only have chicago, bay area, etc.. sucks..

 

step 1: Ditch DTV
step 2: Get Comcast cable
step 3: watch the Rockets


I wish all problems were this easy.

I remember going thru something similar with Dish not showing the rox preseason games due to some fee issue a few yrs back - it's always the satellite providers that screw things up. Not saying comcast is perfect, but f dish and dtv.

 

im already paying $15 a month for directv from them viacom dispute. I'm hesitant to push for another discount but i am not pleased at all that at this point they don't offer CSN

 

I don't plan on staying with them when my contract ends if they don't give me Rockets games for free. That's really the only thing I watch on a consistent basis...even though I only watch the second half/4th quarter.

Texans games are on local channels.

 

Somewhere along the line I smell?

 

So what's going on with the rockets and directv?

 

If you get NBA League Pass with directv, can you watch the Rockets then?

 

I thought league pass can not work in Houston?

 

I'm super pissed. F DirecTV and Comcast Sport$hit.

Now that that's out of the way, what is a site that I can watch them on?

 

Anybody know any Sports bars that with have the games?

Most that I know have DirecTV.

 

DirecTV is the best Cable TV provider on the market.

 

Well it technically will but the local teams (in this case, the Rockets) games would be blacked out from league pass.

 

I cannot stand this!! I have emailed and called Directv for weeks and all they tell me is:

 

I might be mistaken, but I saw a channel in the 600's (forget the exact ch #) that shows "comcast sportsnet" same exact logo ---- is this an error on the guide?

 

Houston isn't the only city with a CSN. DirecTV has added a few through the years

 

I tried this Comcast told me they weren't in my area.

 

Ahhh, never noticed it was for another city.......darn.

 

So as of now, Comcast is the only carrier with the new channel right? If so then something will HAVE to give. Most people aren't going to switch to Comcast just to watch the games, including me.

Sports bars and avid fans usually have Direct TV to carry NFL games. Dish has the lowest prices out there. Most people just aren't going to switch.

Someone will cave, because currently... Everyone is losing.
