Digital Copy vs Digital HD

What is the difference? I want to buy a blu ray that will allow me to download a copy of the movie to my computer or my iPad and just play it whenever I want without having to stream it every single time. It used to be called Digital Copy but now all I see is Digital HD.

Digital HD is Digital Copy. The name is more marketable.

It's a Digital HD Copy.
