It looks like he’s forgotten how to shoot. his percentages for such high volume are horrible. 41.4% from the field not counting this game… 32% from 3??
Aside from a small sample size, how are we even sure he knows how to shoot? People like to reference post ASB JG but at what point does the bigger sample size start to concern you?
He’s taking a lot of bad shots trying to force things. He and KPJ would both be a lot better if they’d play under control a lot more.
I don’t consider a player a chucker when the whole team sucks at shooting. A Star can shoot when they want if no one else can shoot. I never had a problem with Steve Francis
Always has been, you can tell easily by his shot selection. He's young JR Smith right now with a green light.

He never really knew how to shoot. He's always been a guy who was a streaky shooter more than a good shooter. When he's on a hot streak, people convince themselves he's going to be the greatest ever because it seems like he can't miss.....but most of the time he's not on a hot streak and that's when he can be a bit of a chucker. Give it time, another hot streak will come around.
I called him a one dimensional chucker months ago. Months ago. He has tunnel vision with zero playmaking skills. He literally makes no one better
