SVG quietly assembling a solid team.

    Jackson
    KCP
    Morris
    Harris
    Drummond

With guys like Stanley Johnson and DMo on the bench

Can play big or small. Can play inside out or outside in. Good perimeter defenders

    What's their ceiling going forward?

They could be a contender in the next couple of years, depending on how their players develop along with what acquisitions they can make.

He has made a ton of shrewd moves that have paid off.

Easily created a template of the 2009 ORL team with Dwight.

Expect them to be a good team next year, and they can make some noise this season.

Drummond doesn't have the basketball iq to command a defense. So he is really just a garbage-putback guy.

Reggie Jackson doesn't really no how to run an offense and he really doesn't have players that he can develop any pnr chemistry with.

I don't see them doing much. Harris and Morris are decent players but you aren't going to go up against PG or LJ with these guys.

Plus, they have no identity on that team.

And now DMo = they are gonna take off.

And they have a great coach in SVG.

Amazing how a good BASKETBALL man can rebuild a crappy franchise, and in under 8 years....wow.

I agree, Stan is a great coach though, one of the few real (and good) coaches around, but i don't think they're going to be a top team any time soon, maybe in 3/4 years if they'll develop a great chemistry they'll be able to do some damage but that's it.

After the lakers and the Spurs; the Pistons were probably the third best francise of the 00s. Now, they havnt been to be playoffs since 2009. They desperately want to make the playoffs.
