Lets talk about after dinner habits. I personally like to color. <a href="http://s102.photobucket.com/albums/m119/Bryan777_2006/?action=view¤t=funnycrapp.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i102.photobucket.com/albums/m119/Bryan777_2006/funnycrapp.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
i pig out. always eat more than necessary. and usually will finish other people's plates if they ask me to.
Somewhere in the middle. I try to watch what I eat and we cook at home for dinner Monday through Thursday. We eat mostly organic foods at home, but we eat out Friday through Sunday and obviously don't eat organic foods then. We do eat a lot of vegetarian foods during the week (fake chicken tenders, fake corn dogs, fake meatballs with spaghetti, etc...) as well, but I am still a carnivore. We also eat a lot of grilled chicken Usually have a light lunch like a sandwich and chips during the day. Heavy lunches ruin my afternoon at the office. EDIT: I probably only eat fast food once a month. also get a good burger or a pizza maybe once a month TMI
I eat a lot of fast food. I don't eat large portions at meals and I need a lot of calories each day due to my metabolism. Everything I eat has to be pretty dense in calories so 1200 calories from a fast food value meal helps me reach what I need. Other than one fast food meal I usually eat relatively healthy for the other 3-4 meals.
Nice. I actually tried going vegan a few months back (just to see if I could do it). Did it for a few weeks, but my love for dairy cost me the battle. Then, I tried going vegetarian. Again, did it for a few weeks but eventually stopped.
I cook a good percentage of the meals for my family. I also cook for friends on the weekends. We eat out about once a week. Healthy on the other hand doesn't always correspond with what we cook.
I was a pesco-tarian for the past 5 months (fish was the only meat I ate). now I'm eating poultry again but with stipulations. I've pretty much gone completely nutso-organic over the past week. I am through with fast food and processed junk. I've been eating anywhere from 1200-1500 calories a day. Vegan would be too hard for me, I love dairy too much.
