not surprised, I knew he was done after he went down the second time The way he plays just isn't good on the knees

I think it's time the Bulls go another direction. I hope Rose returns, but he can't be your franchise player any longer.
Feel pretty bad for the guy, as a player and competitor. Am also just kind of shocked; seemed liked he was having a nice little bounce-back year.

Just read news on Rose. Unreal. They have to resign Butler, he's their cornerstone player at this point, no doubt. A player like Rose whose game is so dependent on his explosion/athleticism, this just isn't good for prognosis for the rest of his playing career.
To all those ignorant fans that criticized Rose for taking his time coming back from injury. This is exactly what he was trying to avoid. I hope he takes his time again.
If they can shave it down, he can be back in 2 weeks, if he has to fold it back out and stitch it up, his season is done. DD
Poor guy, Nobody deserves this...Hate to see this happen especially to such a down to earth and talented individual

Rose hasn't played a no holds barred style at all this season... He has played scared, has avoided contact and frankly hasn't been very good. Obviously terrible news for the Bulls, but the writing was already on the wall in Chicago, he lost the passion and honestly wasn't very good this year. He has been roundly criticized in Chicago and has stuck his foot in his mouth when discussing things with the media. He wants his money, he won't retire unless he gets every penny from the Bulls. Just today his head coach criticized him lacking focus and his own coach told him not to come out of the locker room in the second half.
