Obama can't spell respect. No wonder he won't release his college grades...

    http://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity...spells-respect-aretha-franklin-tribute-201473

He's going to need a little respect after that flub! President Barack Obama accidentally misspelled the word "respect" while paying tribute to Aretha Franklin during a Women of Soul concert at the White House on Thursday, March 6.

"When Aretha first told us what . . . R-S-P-E-C-T meant to her," Obama, 52, looking slightly confused, said at a podium. The audience immediately erupted with laughter, but the President continued. "She had no idea it would become a rallying cry for African Americans and women and anyone else who felt marginalized because of what they looked like, who they loved. They wanted some respect."

You are always a week or 10 days late with your Obama burns, late enough that not even your own Fw: Fw: Fw: echo chamber thinks it's fresh or funny anymore. Do you get your email by pony express?

Hilarious hypocrisy once again from the liberals. If W had flubbed this, they'd be having a field day. If it's Obama, then here come the excuses!

My guess is that Obama made awful grades in college. That's why he won't release them. He only appears to be a good communicator when he has his trusty teleprompter. Need a little more than that to lead a country...

This is pretty damn funny, gotta admit. I think what makes it so is the fact that he just tries to play it off like nothing happened. I wonder if he even noticed, and he didn't know why the crowd was laughing.

It's well documented that W didn't make the best grades. Yet no one really cares.

He graduated from Harvard... a simple misspelling is trivial compared to years of ****ty ass backwards legislation and constant **** ups in his interviews from W Bush

As noted previously, Harvard Law Review editors tend to be top 10% of their class.

I can tell the right are having so much fun and getting so much satisfaction out of this story. Similar to how little children get super excited when they get a piece of candy.

methinks Obama wouldn't be reluctant to release his grades if he were in the top 10% of his class...

    that's a certainty...
