Argentina cruise past Croatia in Super 4 tournament - Jul 30, 2016
    Argentina - Croatia 97:78

Argentina ensured the winning start to Super 4 friendly tournament in Cordoba. They beat Croatia as Andres Nocioni (202-SF-79) scored 19 points. The hosts surged ahead early in the game. Argentina built a 23:10 lead ten minutes into the game. Croatia pulled within 12 points at halftime 45:33. Argentina however picked up the tempo after the big break. They went on a 24:13 rally in the third quarter to establish a 23-point lead at the final intermission. Croatia sank 32 points in the fourth stanza but could not avoid the defeat. Carlos Delfino (198-SF-82) chipped in 13 points, while Roberto Acuna (208-C-90) and Luis Scola (206-F/C-80) totalled 12 points apiece for the home side. Mario Hezonja (202-G/F-95) responded with 17 points for Croatia. Roko-Leni Ukic (196-PG-84, agency: XL Basketball Agency) provided 11 points in the loss.

OK, I see now. Delfino's 20 pt game was against Serbia, not Croatia. See spoiler below for YouTube video.

Delfino can at least shoot it, so with Harden creating, I'd trust him over Brewer, KJ, Dekker and even Ariza to knock it down at a high clip.

Sign him. He couldn't be worse then Brewer. Plus he would definitely help this team with chemistry.

Well, for the third straight game Delfino has been a key player, and he has been shooting the lights out. Would not mind a chance.

Garino the spurs player is very good, we should at least try the argentinian point guard. They are beating a more NBAer France team by 11 with 3 minutes to play.

What do you guys think will be the most effective line ups next season, and with Gordon as a super sub, and beasley. Good to see Delfino good form excited to see Olympics. You guys think vet minimum is enough with it being money season.

He certainly looks healthy. He's going to play the Olympics and see if then he can get a contract above the minimum.

Having not played basketball for the last 3 years, I'd think he'd be glad/fortunate to get a minimum contract just to get back in the league.
