I wonder how many White students the professor "eased" the grades for . . . Rocket River . . . I guarantee the answer is not none
Meritocracy has never been a reality and still isn't. People who are very comfortable with a system that rewards their friends and the people they know aren't interested in moving toward meritocracy. DEI has been around for a while, but no one really cared about it until recently when they successfully turned it into a hot political topic. They turned the once perfunctory corporate DEI initiative into a politically charged and shiny object to maintain the status quo or move backward toward the old days of relatocracy, where friends and connections rule, not ability.
I would guarantee that he has shown favortism and "leniency" on students he felt an affinity with. DEI is just a point .. a name . . .a rallying cry . . . . Do these things without giving it a name and they would not say a word but give them a slogan .. . then they can rally 9 times out of 10 .. . ask them what it means and they either have no idea or they regurgitate the lie they been told Rocket River
Even the titles are very LOL-worthy. I recently had a chat with a guy who does benefits for a very large Fortune 500 company. I asked him why, as a supplier in the healthcare space where the medical accuracy of our solution should really be almost the ONLY thing that matters, we have to fill out all kinds of questionnaires in procurement about the racial background of the founders, shareholders and management of our company. I said "ok, if someone's solution kind of sucks from a medical perspective and ends up killing people, but the founders are as "diverse" as it gets, you would buy that solution instead of one that has plenty of evidence that it is the most medically accurate solution in the market?" He just shrugged and said yes, basically that is what happens because the procurement people get GRADED (and paid) based on these criteria.
Imagine if you are some investment group or just individual large investor who has stakes distributed amongst companies like Boeing. If you are one of those people you best bet your best way to maintain your scam of shareholder capitalism is to blame black pilots and diversity rather than executives mimicking hr Jack Welch school of management which is hollow g out a company for short term shareholder gain. And coincidentally those same people have disproportionate access to bending the media at their will. So call me a conspiracy nut but I think there is something there. Do you think the people opposed with DEI are victims of scapegoat propaganda? Thoughts on this conspiracy?
I'm amazed at how some White People cry WOKE, DEI and AFFIRMATIVE ACTION . . . Took sh*t from them but Then Turn around an an say Minorities talk too much about RACISM Considering Racism has been the core of this country for over 3 Centuries but Those things are less than 50 years . 2 are less than 10 yrs The other one benefitted WHITE WOMEN more than anyone else . Rocket River White Victim Mentality . . . .Hypocrisy and willful ignorance
This is mostly a result of narcissism and ego. The same racists who cry the most about "DEI!" are the same exact people who think that wealth distribution above where the median white household has 1000% more wealth than the median black household is based in merit rather than exploitation and racism. Until those people drop the notion that distribution is merit based you will always have this ideological stain existing.
I am still waiting on the Report that shows The percentage of Black folx. . . THAT HAVE EVER CRASHED A FRICKING PLANE!!!! Women? I feel pretty confident that 90+ percentage of all american air plane crashes happened with White Pilots Rocket River
@CrixusTheUndefeatedGaul @AroundTheWorld @basso I wouldn’t want Stevie wonder as my pilot just because he’s black the same way I don’t want Jeremy Lin as my point guard just because he’s Asian Then what happens when you get a tiger woods or Patrick mahomes ? They are half and halfs But I want them on my team for golf and football The greatest Black artist already said race doesn’t matter @Jontro you know [Chorus: Michael Jackson] And I told about equality and it's true Either you're wrong or you're right, hee! But if you're thinking about my baby It don't matter if you're black or white, hoo!
