Frank Bush is pulling the rope-a-dope and the Texans will be the best defensive unit in the NFL for the remaining schedule!

    3rd and 19. Really?

We have no shot to win out with Bush running the D.

Can he seriously survive presiding over one of the worst D in NFL history?

Should have fired Bush 2 weeks ago. Now, the Texans are paying the price.

you mean 2 years ago. This guy has been FREAKING AWFUL. He is the most incompetent defensive coordinator I've ever seen in my life. Freaking Carl Torbush can get a defense prepared better than this clown..

How in the hell does he still have a job? Is McNair worried about looking racist for firing this douche bag? Because that's the only explanation I could come up with. Or that Bush has some embarrassing pictures of Kubiak and McNair's moms doing the dirty with a donkey.

Lmao. He is horrible. And I think your latter explanation is most likely the reason.

He won't - the defensive staff are getting liquidated Jan 3rd. I would have thought Rick Smith would go with him, but people that know more than I keep saying Kubiak would go before he does. I expect McNair will bring bring in another "consultant" in advance of the draft.

First two possessions the D played "base". Maybe a zone blitz, but still pretty much standard 4 man rush. Gave up 14 points. Next 4 possessions the defense attacked and gave up 6 points, got a punt, and an INT. And half of those points were on a FG that they started with poor field position. After that, the team went back to a base defense and gave up more TDs. I mean, 3rd and 19 and just a base defense.

It seems he's coached down the LBs, our strongest component on defense.

Bad angles and poor tackling techniques run rampant in that group. All 3 of them got their ankles broken or tackles shed in various points tonight. Can't remember seeing Sharpton failing, but he's a rookie, and our coaches might not have broken him yet.

3rd and 19. A wrapup tackle that started at the 10 but still ends up giving 5 more yards.

Jets should never have fired Williams. That blitz call may be what separates them from the 1st and 2nd pick in the draft.
