Deron Williams because of his outside shooting besides the other things he brings to the table. Never underestimate the ability of players to make consistently outside shots. If Paul had a consistent J and a 3 point shot, I would have picked him over Deron. As for Rondo, if he could score from outside, Celtics would have won the championship last year.
Don't want any of them b/c they make the max to distribute above all. It's a silly and pointless debate.
If you watch Hornets games their system relies heavily on their point guard. Not a knock on Paul at all because he should have the ball at all times, but this is what made Collison rack up so many assists. Scoring wise, it seems that Collison still is shooting great so he still is doing good in Indiana.
Steve Nash For the basic fact that this man is about to be 37 years old and he is somehow averaging 20ppg and 9.5apg. He's never been fast or athletic so he's always had to rely on high basketball IQ and making shots for his teammates.
I just love Rajon Rondo. I don't care that he can't shoot. I just LOVE the guy. He is all about the team, he PLAYS DEFENSE, rebounds and makes everyone around him better. + he is the best at pushing the ball at fast breaks.
so many great PGs right now. Deron Williams Chris Paul Rondo Curry Westbrook Nash Rose Wall Harris then theres: Stuckey Billups Jennings Holiday Kidd Brooks Parker Conley Collison for building a team i'd take Williams, Rose, Rondo, westbrook in that order. to me chris paul just knows how to put up great numbers.
Deron Williams have never even been CLOSE to Chris Paul in their career IMO. Chris Paul is doing things statistically that has never been seen before by a someone under 6'4". He should've won MVP over Kobe that year.
curry is but ya harris isn't. curry: 21ppg 3.3rbs 6.7ast 2.3stl 49/39/86 %s how is that not top tier?
It's still Nash for me. Chris Paul is the only one in the league right now with a chance of having a better career.
