    b/c that was an unnecessary play. he had a wide open layup, but instead he went for a "highlight" play in the first quarter on the road vs an elite team. really?

    nevertheless, it was an awesome play. seeing dirk getting dunked on is always nice.

    yall acting like the Clippers are in the running for a playoff spot.

    That's what the Clippers do, make highlight plays. There's a reason they sell seats, and its not to see the players make 'safe' plays.

    And then they lost....nice play, but unnecessary. That's the problem with the clips, you got the young guys running things.

    So maybe that was what motivated Dirk to get a whopping +30 +/- and a near triple double with 20 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists.

    cool highlight but unnecessary pass by mo.. reminds me of gerald green doing some ridiculous pass off the backboard windmill dunk with the game on the line..
