Movie was awesome. I think you feel a lot more for the apes than the humans.

Any after credits scene? I left before they finished but a lot of people stayed behind.

Nope, there's nothing. I thought there was going to be something because as the music fades out you can hear a lot of chimp screams and stuff, but nothing came of it.

I didn't stay for the sounds, but I would think you are left to take that as them getting slaughtered by the incoming military.

If Koba lives that's just stupid.

Anyone else get a Lion King vibe from this movie? Except with monkeys.

Haha, I was thinking Lion King the entire time.. new baby ape, antagonist with the scar, uncle tricking the son, new regime, the tower scene was lion king but reversed...

really a great movie, but i could have done without the son and dad's girlfriend trying to connect w/ each other storyline.

Damn I must have been the only person that did not like the movie that much. I still enjoyed it though

Youngun... gotta be Edge of Tomorrow! Emily Blunt is much hotter than Felicity (who isn't too bad herself these days)

Death by aliens is scarier than death by apes.

Is it worth paying the little extra to see it in 3D? The last couple movies I've seen in 3D didn't really have much wow factor 3D wise.

Maybe I missed it but how did Jason Clarke's character know Caesar's name?

I saw it in 3D and didn't notice anything especially noteworthy. Were I to go again I probably wouldn't pay the extra $3.
