I don't believe him at all. I think he'll pay lip-service to it, but he'll never do anything concrete to deter flopping.

this is my beef. with what they did to martin, it is clear that they could get rid of all of it if the commissar really wanted to. but in reality when you take the fouls away from the invisible player that keeps fouling the divas..you take away 6-7 points away from the divas' point total averages. Wade averaging 17.9 isn't as sexy as wade averaging 23. F' the commissar. ^he mad. =)
