Well its because they're just judging people, since its not your own money involved then obviously the less other people are paid the better.

 

You can't mentor experience.

Of course they're different players, but Capela will be able to shoot soon. In any case, it doesn't have to be about on court skills.

I was talking about teaching Capela how to be a professional, a team player, understand positional defense, etc. These are things Capela and even McDaniels can pick up from West.
