Have him shoot at least 36-37% long range bombs and I might listen.

Goran never committed himself to a city, maybe Phoenix, but they sent him away.

The Rockets needed two positions filled during the season: backup PG and backup PF/C. Moorey signed mid season... Brendan Wright, Joe Johnson, Aaron Jackson, Markel Brown, RJ Hunter and Gerald Green. They really only got return from Green. Backup PG and backup PF/C wasn't fixed.

Hopefully going into 2018/9. But the Rockets don't have a #1, and they have to get rid of Ryan Anderson. So its going to be a challenge.

What we need to do is find a 6'10 SG/SF/PF that can rise up and shoot over every defender in the NBA who also led the league in scoring and has won an MVP award. Kind of like how the Warriors "found" that guy.

The reason Lin is in the league now is because of MDA giving him a shot.

I wouldn't be mad at all about Lin...not sure if I can take the LOFs though...

Easy. Go get Tyreke Evans. He would murder teams off the bench and he can start at the point for us to give Chris and James a rest. He is at his best when he is playing point guard.

We're not going to get a ready-for-the-NBA guy through the draft anytime in the next couple of years because any draft pick of value we have will be sent out to the team willing to take Ryno's contract. Hell, Morey will probably have to take back a not-quite-as-bad salary in return, then ship another draft pick with THAT guy to a different team willing to take on salary.

That sucks, but it's as it should be. Our #1 off-season goal is getting Ryno's $20M off our books. Signing him to that huge deal was a big mistake, but not finding a way out of it will be even bigger. You simply can't have a $20M 3-point specialist contribute absolute NOTHING* during the playoffs.

    * 1.7 ppg is indeed practically nothing.
