    Yeah and they also wanted to trade Drexler AND the #2 pick in the draft for Ralph Sampson only. The Rockets would have had Olajuwon and Drexler, and since they had a big man, would have drafted Jordan at #2.

    Knowing now how Sampsons career went the Blazers made out good selecting Bowie instead of trading for Sampson. There's always more than one way to look at any situation.

    Not sure if it was Morey's genius, or Rockets choking that got us back in the lottery.

    but hey who knows, we still might make the playoffs and lose our lotto pick and get swept the first round. Then we all lose! except the nets who will be laughing at us with their pick :grin:

    .....hypothetically speaking though IF we can beat the hornets lol :rolleyes:
