Finally someone putting some sense into the minds of all these r****ds. Clean water should NOT be wasted on this Stupidity. Just donate to the organization. Send that clean ice water to those who really need it.

    ^ LOL

Seriously though, why isn't Morey working on trades or looking for a replacement for McHale instead of doing this dumb stuff?? SMH.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Jk

Serious question, why in the hell wear a really nice suite instead of some gym clothes? Extra props to Morey for going all out lol

He actually had a lot of ice in the bucket, and he suited up. Suits are made for joy, they’re the sartorial equivalent of a baby’s smile.

You're suggesting spending 1000x the value of the water on shipping it to the other side of the world and calling other people r****ds.

    Well played

(The cost of water is almost entirely born in the logistics of supply, storage and security, the actual water itself is barely worth anything)

I wonder who were those laughing at Daryl at the end?

Why didn't he challenge Les Alexander or Yao Ming?

Logistically, yes, you are correct as it pertains to distribution costs associated with transporting US potable water for relief to Africa.

But I believe the argument being made here has to do with the value of potable water, in toto. Put simply, potable water in remote areas of Africa is 'worth' considerably more due to its relatively non-existent utility infrastructure. This obviously poses a problem as potable water supply is limited while demand steadily increases (due largely to population displacement resulting from political conflict). Therefore, the argument is potable water shouldn't be 'wasted' anywhere, even for noble causes.

It's an issue of moral sentiment, rather than logistical cost-effectiveness. But I certainly see your point and generally agree.

Let's face it, Morey's disposition was spoiled by the 2007-08 Championship Boston Celtics. Form a team of superstars and winning a championship on any given season is possible. Morey's thoughts on team continuity was thrown out the window then and there.

Yes, the money raised for ALS is so dumb. Hey genius, if you have such a concern with water wasting, quit showering often, because some people can't shower. And oh god forbid a swimming pool, the ultimate waste of water! Don't throw away leftovers either!

Also stop driving your car (gas or electric), revoke heat/AC, and build a house entirely out of recycled materials.

Sounds like encouraging the use of birth control would be a good solution too.
