    From what I hear, CP was not fond of Mike - particularly since Mike gave Harden the green light when they had been working on a more balanced offense before the injuries early In the season.

    Well, that "more balanced offense" started 11-14, then Chris got hurt. Hard to blame D'Antoni or Harden for changing things up and saving the season.
