It's not the first time it's been mentioned. Not to throw shade on Cybrex but it's a great broad statement especially since a lot of things can happen in a season and a half.

can we at least say that if it was an important driver to decisions at this deadline, cyberx would have started a thread about it. It's not like cyberx only does tweets and never posts here. Or, he would have posted a reply in this thread.

this is quite a GARM phenomenon.

And when they fail to get Durant, they will sign some D-league players to surround Harden with and he will play till he's 33+ and then demand a trade.
Durant would be awesome, but FO always puts their eggs in one basket. The next target for the flexibility will obviously be the android players they'll have in 2050.

Unless they win it all this year, my guess is that he will leave OKC for Houston to join his buddy or Washington (dude hangs out with Daniel Snyder at Redskins games).

Awesome news. Like I always said the NBA doesn't end this season, if we can take a big swipe at KD in 2016 I'd rather have that chance then spend all the bucks on guys like Dragic this year. Even if we fail in 2016, that's also the year a lot of FAs change teams so we can get better players then.

    Yeah sure. D League talent.

    http://www.sheridanhoops.com/2014/08/06/durant-heads-2016-free-agency-class-that-will-be-best-ever/

I mean, how could Lebron James, Noah and Conley JR hold a candle to Dragic and Reggie Jackson? And the cap is reported to increase as much as 30% by then as well, but no, according to you the Rox should break the bank and even give up DMO for Dragic this season. And when Dwight breaks down in the playoffs and 2 years later we see a new superteam form in 2016 I bet you'll be the first one calling for DM's head

Is this going to be another one of those Rockets passing on every chips until the Durant chip is dead. Then all they have left is crumbs to pick from.
