Most teams won't have cap space and most teams certainly won't have Durant's buddy James FRICKIN Harden.

Washington doesn't have a chance. It's either Houston or OKC.

Clutch has met him and vouched for him. I'm not sure what more you want.

Agreed but we might actually have a chance considering we have harden.

There's no way he will when a championship if Westbrook is there.

This thread illustrates one thing, people. If and when an actual trade is announced, it will become a new thread within seconds, whether posted in cybrex thread or not.

Kids are F5ing that thread to "scoop" the rest of the bbs with a new trade thread, copied from another cfnet thread. Think about it; that's so silly.

On this note isn't Durant a perfect compliment player to Harden? I mean he does not need the ball to score, can make a quick shot if James dribbles for 20 sec, can put the ball on the floor, and has the ability to disappear from games letting James be the "guy".

Everyone looking at PG, I don't think we need a top tier PG with Harden's play style.

Let's be honest - what big free agent has Morey NOT gone after?

    No **** Einstein

You don't have to be an insider to know that majority of the league will go after Durant

Sigh...It's like people completely ignore what is actually realistic. It's always a bunch of teams calling in, but only a few make the cut, where they're talked about as possible destinations..

Is it going to be possible under the cap?

I'll go out on a limb, if Durant leaves OKC he's coming to Houston.

Just my feeling on it, but so far away. Anything can happen.

Like Bill Simmoms said later in the podcast - Jalen "knows stuff" and has scooped a number of things well in advance.

And I think Dwight will opt out, if our chances look good going into the summer

Sigh... It's like people get their hopes up for nothing.

All this post said is that the Rockets will try to sign him. And of course they will, he is a great player and we have someone on our team who is known to be a really good friend of his.

But we have no indication if Durant will leave OKC. We have 0 idea if he will want to go back to DC. We have absolutely no clue if he has or ever will be interested in joining the Rockets, no matter how good of friends he is with Harden.

"The Rockets will go hard after Durant"- that says nothing. Only a few teams make the cut? We don't even know if there will be a cut. Maybe Durant will re-up with OKC and not even test free agency?
