The question you have to ask is.... If Durant leaves to Houston, will he have a better team compared to staying in OKC?
Harden's biggest problem this year is he has a tendency to try and force passes he really shouldn't, and that was created often due to the horrible jump shot free front court we were running. He gets assist when they come off but the turnover rate on those sort of passes to those sort of players run high. On the flip side, we didn't really pass much to anyone that couldn't shoot much last year, with dwight and terrence being out most of it, passes were to the perimeter or a post entry to dmo (who can unlike dwight, actually post up), and people like dorsey we just didn't pass to, lol.
Yes. Adams > Capela Ibaka < Horford Durant = Durant Roberson < Beverley Westbrook < Harden Kanter = Beasley/D.Mo Waiters < Ariza
And think about our small lineup. Horford Durant Ariza Harden Beverley that's perfect to face the Warriors.
Well, it's more than obvious that we're going after both of them, and personally i don't think one is going to sign with us if the other isn't.
The only way to get James to cut down on his turnovers is to take the ball out of his hands and get someone else to run the offense. Thats just a fact. His last season in OKC his assist to turnover ration was 1.6 assists for ever 1 turnover. Last season for every 1 assist he had 1.6 turnovers. For his career he averages 1 turnover for every 1.6 assist. Think about that. As long as he is the one passing the ball he is going to be a high turnover player. As his assists go up and down so does his turnovers.
Exactly. It's always nice to dream and fantasize about potential lineups, but in the end it's extremely difficult to get these star players to come here.
Also... Kevin Durants # 35. 3+5=8 Hardens number is 13 which has a 3. 832. Houston... And... Kevin Durant #35. 3+5-1 (replacing Ariza's #1 in the Starting lineup)= 7 Harden #13 713. Houston... It's destiny.
Fixed. And not only turned it over, but a lot of the turnovers were so very careless and sloppy...........painful-to-watch, screaming-at-Harden-through-the-TV-screen turnovers.
Harden only turned the ball over a lot because he's the only one that creates for others. His passing is elite and shouldn't be questioned.
This is the problem. Nobody's perfect, but if he'd just cut down on the dribbling between his leg 99 times then off his foot and out of bounds on the 100th, or the skip pass right to the defender, or the lazy, aloof, and unnecessary pass through a lane that's OBVIOUSELY being patrolled... Then he'd be fine. We'd talk about his turnovers just as much as Westbrook, Durant, Curry, and Lebron's are talked about. Harden's turnover problem 100% due to a lack of discipline and focus.
good post. a lot of harden's turnovers are of the unforced "WTF is he doing??" variety, and also seem to lead to breakaway dunks for the opposing team all to often. if he could just erradicate the brain farts from his game it would dispel the perception a lot
