Spurs are digging themselves a hole here. Even if LA chooses to sign with them their depth will be depleted going forward.

Forgive me but does Rick Carlisle coach the Mavs? As long as he's there, no way in hell they will be signing Rondo. Too much bad blood already. However...it was the funniest thing to happen in last year's playoffs lmfao
Not saying it's easier. But the balance of west and east is coming closer. Dallas becoming less and less relavent. Portland rebuilding. Lakers still bottom out. If DJ jumps ship, clippers have no big men besides Griffin. OKC is deadly if healthy. Same with Warriors. Spurs are a year older and if they miss on LMA, their big man rotation is Duncan and Bonner. Grizzlies got stronger but not by much. On the east though, Cleveland stays same. Miami building. Orlando building something great over there. Atlantas still strong. Especially with Splitter. Detroit will be relavent. Bucks will shock the world. Raptors going for top 5 defense and top 5 offense. Overall, west Could decline a little while the East improved a lot.

George Hill has 2 years left, both $ 8.0 mil. I'd rather go after Mario Chalmers, expiring contract $ 4.3 mil and 'UFA' in 2016-2017 => Papa+Prigioni for Chalmers.
It's like the media people forgot that we have Dwight and Capela here. I present you Exhibit A. Courtesy of this very own website! <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/4LR7FoiSCqQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
