Worthless article. Lin hasn't been treated any different than any of our other rookies, and he essentially was a rookie for most of the season.

I can name you 5 other players that McHale doesn't trust on this team.

What are your thoughts on this article, Coach Gundy?

He probably trusts Garcia, Delfino, and maybe Asik. I don't know why he would trust any others completely.

(getting my game day thread mode on)
    if i'm mchale, i wouldn't trust anyone.
We haz a shooting guard with the matador defense, who hearts to pound the ball for 40 seconds on a 24 second shot clock violation.

A point guard who turns it over every possession up the court and doesn't even know how to draw a foulz.

A small forward that would rather keep his other head in the game by getting girls numbers during timeouts.

    A center who can't catch a cold!

Another small forward who all he does is catch colds and bugs.

get rid of all of them. :smh:

I really like lin's game but It's funny that people forget how yao was asian. he had to carry a glorious nation of a billion on his shoulders.

Someone asked for bolds in the original article. . . .

Bolded are the parts where the author claims Lin suffered discrimination in the NBA. He comes close to directly saying that D'Antoni and McHale practiced discrimination on the job, with zero evidence. That's close to libel. If I were McHale, I would jam this down the author's throat. But McHale is probably too busy to pay attention to this ****.

This writer apparently does not know much about basketball or any other "balls". I think he actually made some progress in terms of basketball knowledge in this piece than the previous "shackeled" one. While his attempt to stir up the attention is amusing, he did touched on a key factor for Rocket's recent successes - McHale started to use Lin in the 4th!

It is also important to note that their recent success included wins against Orlando, Sacramento, Portland and Phoenix as well as the Clippers. Lin did play from the 9 minute mark to the 3 minute mark in the 4th quarter during the win against the Clippers. In that time, he was 0-3, 0 rebounds, 0 assists and 1 personal foul.

Most of them were without the second leading scorer on the team and our key sixth man. Plus we have had trouble beating them in the past

That's a insult to CH who once in a blue moon actually makes pretty knowledgeable posts.

Hell he's basically accusing the Rockets of race discrimination at the workplace. But their lawyers are better than his lawyers
