fentanyl is made in China but it comes along the same path as heroin as I mentioned earlier. Often cut into heroin and resulting in overdose. It comes in along ports of entry which is why we need to secure the border bigly. The problem with mail is anything larger than a pound is easier to detect. Hundreds of pounds are being caught at the border just tapped on people.

A "wall" is an all encompassing term for securing the border. Electronics, triple layer fence, drastically increase the number of border patrol agents, etc.
