The only one they should sign is a guy who can be the DH... and the only one I'd pay decent money for is Lance Berkman (if healthy).

They still need to be a bare minimum payroll team until there's something worth building around.

The new threads are so close to perfect. If only they had gone the 1965 shooting star direction on the home whites. I have to imagine it came up at some point during the design phase.

Well, only one Houston professional team has ugly uniforms and logo.....the Lame Duck Rockets.

That was true before the change. It's not like the old Astros unis were ugly.

I still don't get why people hate the rockets units. I did think the Astros ones were ugly, some of the worst in baseball

    No they weren't.

    Bland and corporate? Yes.

    Ugly? No.

The new unis are miles ahead of the old, and they bring back the logo that should have represented Houston this whole time.

The Rockets' jerseys are straight up hideous, and they really need to change them soon.

mud 'n blood unis were not ugly. I never got all the hate for them. That said, I'm also very happy with the new digs.

Rockets unis, to me, also are not ugly. But they're a bit below average. I have a hard time complaining about them though; since I'm still ever so happy they abandoned those pajamas. O. M. G. Those were historically ridiculous. The Rox should have gone back to ketchup 'n mustard long ago. In fact, they never should have left it.

True. I really like head new ones. But I was alsoba fan of the old ones. I liked the red.

Great to have the H star back.

    I love the Texans logo.

Looks great on my shirts...hats... and truck. :p

Rockets have had back to back horrific logos and uniforms.

Astros have had back to back awesome uniforms. Last one seemed more generic and not more....iconic? But I liked the color combo.

I don't think the current Rockets logo/uniforms are that bad. I was just so glad they went back to red.

I think the blue pinstripe and that logo are arguably the worst uniform in any sport, ever. Particularly given the context of the timing of that huge change coming right after winning back to back titles. Ridiculous.

Texans logo looks timeless to me...classic. Well done because of its simplicity, I think.

They did kind of fit in with the garish unis of the Pistons and Sonics at the time. Ours were probably worse, though.
