He thinks he is so smart, but he isn't. Utterly stupid rankings. None of those players are having the year Harden is having and in almost every case he is doing it with a lesser supporting cast.

    Post some proof.

Last year Harden had the ball on average 2 more minutes per game than Paul.

Don’t be lazy now. Make us believe your completely biased eye test by backing it up with some data.

Clutchfans has Cowherd not at 1, not at 2, not at .... not at 49, not at 50, ....

The difference, of course, is that Clutchfans is FAR more objective, and doesn't just spit things out to get views, clicks, etc.

Cowherd really does have the proper name, though. What does a cow herd produce? Lots and lots of bullsh*t.

Yep. A legend in his own mind. Yet another of the reasons I can't stand listening to him. Both he and Stephen A. think if you just say something loudly enough, it makes it convincing. All it really does is make you even more of a blowhard. If what you are saying is truly convincing...you don't need to shout it out. You could whisper it.

The culture of sports prognosticators in the popular media has been a plague on sports fandom. They've raised an entire generation now on the idea that this is what sports is all about, picking winners and being right. Nationwide legalized gambling will only make this worse, it's on the individual to ignore these fools entirely.

I think some of you hit the nail on the head. James Harden was the only player that received criticism and nothing about his numbers or the year he's having. The same arguments he made for other players would bolster Harden's case even more. The thing I look for is consistency, and he is severely lacking that. At the end of the day what he is saying is his opinion and not based on anything tangible.

    1) Ten guys. He spent almost the entire time talking about the positives and making the case FOR 9 of them. Only one did he make the case AGAINST. All positives for 9, all negatives for Harden.

    2) It was so cringe-y when he said, "bruh." Cowherd is quite the try-hard.

Who cares where he has him.

Just as it wouldn't matter if he had him as his MVP.

IMO you can’t have two MVP candidates on one team.

The MVP is the player most valuable to his team. Thus, the prime metric should be where is his team ranked, and where would they be ranked if he was not there.

To me it’s clear that the suns are better than us if we don’t have Harden. The only matchup we would win on that would be Capela vs Ayton and even that would be close. I guess maybe you could say EG vs Kelly Oubre but that’s a wash as well.

Without Durant, I’d estimate the warriors win 73 games and make it to the finals and lose to the cavs, I mean, the bucks.

My feelings about Colin Cowherd's feelings:

Rosenthal: That doesn't make me any more comfortable with what you've done.
    Sipowicz: What's your name again?
    Rosenthal: Arnold Rosenthal.
Sipowicz: Yeah, well, Arnold, why don't you leave me your card, and I'll be in touch the second that your comfort becomes important to me.

You are such a homer fanboy. I think Colin rated Harden fair that's where he belongs. A top 5 player. I disagree with him on Paul George. But the rest are well rated. This is my rate - Curry at 1, Durant at 2, Giannis at 3, Kawhi at 4, and James Harden at 5.

only thing i heard throughout the entire video was Roundball Rock... I didn’t realize FS1 was allowed to use it during their college b-ball games... sad that the mothership couldn’t afford to get the rights for their nba games...that is such a classic jam

Cowturd is such an ahole...the few times I’ve seen him talk about the NBA I seriously wonder if he actually watches it or just tries to take the biggest stories of the day and waaaay over exaggerate other peoples perspectives to get clicks. The dude is smart in the fact that he knows there’s more money to be made leeching off other people’s takes and inflammatory mouthing off than actually being knowledgeable about something.
