I would've double-dragon kicked that ref if I was that close.

Some sweet chin music, ala Shawn Michaels...then I would've strutted off flexing and singing "I'm a sexy boy..." lol

Good on him for showing up the ref whilst remaining out of prison hahaha...

Whats up Bryan... its Matt Z. I didn't realize you visited this website. Gabe said Matthews proclaimed himself as the "Best Shooter Alive" last night and Gabe was like "I can name a quick 20 off the top of my head that are better" and proceded to call out better shooters names everytime Matthews came toward his end of the court. During the third when Matthews was hitting them...he was talking all sorts of mess to my buddy. At the end of the game he was nowhere to be found. All in all a great victory for the rockets and im proud to call myself Gabes friend after the way he respected for our team last night

I think the Rox should fire Clutch the Bear and replace him with Gabe.

    Crazy court side fan here...

I just made my very own clutch fans user name so I can respond to some of you. I am very glad to hear some people appreciate it my rowdiness at the game last night. I don't get to sit court side too often, but if I do, I make sure I make it worth it. I know the "fans" around me weren't too happy but they can have their calm court side fans back for the next game. The officiating last night was ridiculous so something had to be done. I have been receiving texts and emails all day with different links attached and to be honest, I'm very surprised. Whether court side or nosebleed I am a die hard when I go to the games. Last night was the best game I've EVER been to hands down and it was awesome to hear red nation fans step up. Definitely a playoff environment. My buddy (the ticket holder) said he has never seen anyone get that much media attention while sitting there so hopefully you guys will be seeing more of the "crazy fan in the Drexler jersey". LETS GO ROCKETS!!!

I loved watching this! This guy is seriously amazing.

I especially love how he continues just to point and yell at the ref- even after the inbounds play starts happening! Genius!!

Fan-Freaking-Tastic. As I was watching that guy verbally teabag the referee I caught myself thinking, "Hmm, I wonder if that's a Clutchfans guy..."

I'm all for stuff like that. Show the emotion, let 'em know when it's garbage. Some friends and I were actually T'd up in college once for some over the top comments at a b-ball game, but that's another story.

I genuinely think the incredible crowd pressure on the refs, including "Gabe" getting in that ref's face changed the way the game was being called from wildly inconsistent and one-sided to just wildly inconsistent for both sides.

Great job goes to the crowd who let the refs know how bad their calls were with the "refs you suck" chant. This is not something to break out every time they miss a small call here and there, but the incompetence demonstrated last night certainly deserved and needed it.

Someone please get Gabe more front row tickets. Please.

Dude, if Gabe & you ever need a wingman consider me. I'll buy the rounds.

Those botox corpses sitting to his right just don't deliver.

I have a question that we and my roommate debated last night as our new hero Gabe was yelling and pointing and the refs. Can the ref hit a fan with a technical and have it goes against Houston, giving the Blazers free throws? I thought the ref could have potentially had him kicked out or at least given a warning, I didn't think he could penalize the Rockets though.

I applaud the passion, but is that really the best time to give them hell? I want that ref counting those 5 seconds, not worrying about a loud fan.
