Do you think that if the Rockets, Spurs, and Mavs combined their best talent to form an all-Texas allstar team, that it could beat an allstar team from the entire East?

    Think about it.

    Yao, Robinson, Bradley..

    Duncan, LaFrentz, Griffin, Dirk..

    Finley, Mobley, Van Exel..

    Francis, Nash, Parker..

On talent, hell no, but with the chemistry of a few players, maybe.

If both teams practiced together the East would win. Mainly because of Kidd.

BTW-its useless doing this on a Texas-based message board if you want unbiased opinions.

What are you trying to say? That the East could come up with a more talented starting five than Francis, Finley, Nowitzki, Duncan, Yao?

    Think again.

A shame that teams don't play with 5 players.

    Think again.

Its the equivalent of going into Sacramento and asking the fans "Which team is better? The Kings or the Lakers?"

I am pretty sure that if you let Francis, Finley, Nowitzki, Duncan and Yao play 40 minutes each, Nash, Mobley, Griffin, LaFrentz and Robinson will fill in adequately for 8 minutes each on average.

I'm sure if you let Kidd, Pierce, McGrady, O'Neal and Ilgauskas play 40 minutes, Davis, Iverson, Mashburn, Rahim, and Wallace could do adequately for 8 minutes.

Actually, now that you actually listed the Eastern Conference....no doubt Texas would win! WAY too much up front. Or, lets make this easy; Midwest Vs. the East...add Garnett, Stockton, Malone, Gasol, Battier, Gooden....damn that division is tough!!! & next year when Denver adds 2 Max FA's, possibly LB James, another 1st rounder, plus the Spurs add a Max FA.....damn damn damn; for once hanging a division banner will mean something!!

Why are you even wasting your breath NYK?

The east would kill Texas, not even close.

Are you serious? I don't know IT hink the Texas team comes close you have 3 superstars and the rest All Stars on there

    Ming
    Duncan
    Dirk
    Finley
Francis? That lineup is sick and could possible see it at the All Star game being all of those guys should make it.

And keep in mind all of those guys play 40 minutes a game anyway.

Yeah, your backups could maybe keep it even against the west backups, but they would have to come back from being 60 points down. It would be a block party for Duncan and Yao.

    So what is your POINT?

If everyone's opinion is biased, then let's all just shut up and never speak again then.
