McHale part three? Come on...this is getting ridiculous. What are they seeing in Brewer that 99% of the basketball viewers are not??
Did you hear the part during the Atlanta game when Ackerman was complimenting Brewer? I was like WTF??? Corey Brewer must truly be the Emperor with No Clothes. Then Bullard mentioned he was 0 for 2015 from 3point shooting which was kinda funny.
It is a train wreck at this point. The owner is a petulant child. He wouldn't allow a rebuild..... then gets angry that the team tapped out at Western Conference Finals. He fires the coach that he insisted on hiring and replaces him with another coach he insisted on hiring. He insists on blowing cap space on one way players. He only cares about scoring a lot of points so that he is entertained.
http://www.chron.com/sports/rockets...orey-Brewer-into-starting-lineup-10598314.php -- Jonathan Feigen "He'll be guarding John Wall, or that's the thought behind it," D'Antoni said. "I want Eric fresh on the second team. We have to bolster that segment at the start of the second quarter and start of the fourth. We're just looking, trying to solve some things." D'Antoni has been taking Gordon out of games about six minutes into each half to have him return with the reserves to start the second and fourth quarters. He has played Gordon as a point guard, but has also tried Tyler Ennis and briefly Bobby Brown. The change further points to the absence of guard Pat Beverley, who was expected to start against opposing point guards and allow Gordon to anchor the second unit D'Antoni said the Rockets hope to get Beverley back in about two weeks. "We have to get everything back together," D'Antoni said. "I know he'll be a little bit rusty. It can take him a bit to get in the swing of things. But you know Pat; he's going to be out there swinging."
Has to be to showcase him for trade value right? There is zero reasoning otherwise. No to kj who has been really good for Brewer. No sense.
Brewer is a 10 yr vet and has played 80+ games for the last 4 seasons. What is possibly left to showcase?
KJ is asbolutely the better player right now, but certainly him defending PGs has not worked so far. Let's see what Corey can do. Im not very optimistic.
