    Heh, no worries...was wondering if that was going to happen. The thread title does make it sound that way, but that was just the title of the article. Glad everyone enjoyed the story!

    This is awesome. Thank you for sharing. I love stuff like this.

    My mom loved Chuck. I still remember one game in Denver (figures) where Chuck dribbled the ball out of bounds, looked frustrated as hell and my mom yelled, "You're good, handsome!" I was embarrassed as all hell, red in the face and pretending to be looking for something I dropped on the floor.

    Barkley simply smiled, grabbed my mom's hand while she was clapping for him and gave it a kiss. He winked and ran down the court laughing. It's one of my favorite basketball memories I shared with my mom.
