This guy is great. It sounds like, if he wants to get chris paul (or another player) he will wait till before the in season trade deadline. By then if we have a winning record our stock as a team rises and we become more attractive to chris paul and other stars, and our players who did well will become more valuable trade pieces. Or (if we do a lot better than expected) we will have a team that is so good it convinces fans and others that we don't need another piece.

I might be mistaken, but this sounds like a really good strategy. Chris Paul might be forced to play the season until mid season, when the hornets can see what teams and players have become in season proven trade commodities.

Awesome story man. I'm sure a lot of Clutchfans like myself are happy for you bro.

Cool story... Here's my first 'Morey meeting' story.... Was at summer league, here in Vegas, the first year Morey came onboard. I was down front, cheering on our boys... "good board, Chuck!" etc... Anyway, after the game, Morey actually came down to me, shook my hand, and thanked me for the support! I thought that was a truly class move! :)

Major props, TheGoldenGreek. Great story and even better picture.

v3.0 -- did you do that Photoshop? That is genius combining SpaceCityKid and Morey.

Nice job OP. I've run into AB, Chuck, and JVG all within the past few months but each time I didn't have the nerve to ask them for a pic. Props to you for doing it.

You're so lucky! If I had met Morey I would have annoyed the heck out of him, talking about players he should go after etc. I wouldn't be able to stop lol.
