The moment white lady pulls out her gun, the victims would have been 100% legally justified to pull out their guns and kill the white couple dead. White couples actions legitimately are the only thing here that constitutes life threatening.

I agree they shouldn't be charged (or the charges dropped). Given that there was a verbal threat to beat their asses, and that the women was prevented from backing out and there was hitting of her vehicle, she can make the case that she felt threatened. I would have prefered her to not pull the gun out and try to continue to de escalate.

 

Which is a conclusion and I kinda disagree with your basis for that conclusion because you heard one side of the story.
