Good find: Eric is already denying of course and adding the #fakenews hashtag. I hope they continue to repeat the fake news retort to where they actually believe it. Trump hard cores in the Orange Belt might believe it but it will resonate with an electorate that isn't on the MAGA train. If he's lying Eric, go on an lawyer-up--let's go to the discovery stage post haste!

Of course, Trump's tax returns would clear Trump of this if they were public. Or not... more likely since Trump refused to release them. But... other public information is available:

a little sleight-of hand on your part.

    let's be specific:

    Clapper said "I've seen no evidence of collusion";
but he had also testified that he did not know that there is an ongoing FBI investigation into the Russian connection as well as potential collusion by some of the Trump campaign members.
the same question was posed to Sally Yates Senator Lindsey Graham, her reply was "I can't answered that because the information is classified"

FBI's Tomey testified that there is an ongoing investigation, and insinuated that that a Trump-Russia grand jury has already been convened

Clapper's quote of the day "that's classic compromise"

So Yates and Obama "warned" Trump. Is that a euphemism for "blackmailed"?

    ???
"the action, treated as a criminal offense, of demanding money from a person in return for not revealing compromising or injurious information about that person."

I think warned means warned. Obama really needed to shake down Trump for beer money before leaving the Whitehouse. Yeeea-ahhhh.

Heh... bigtexxx prefers the accused person's tweets versus the reporting of sworn testimony. Don't like the source... here's a different, better one:

    http://www.cnn.com/2017/05/08/opini...-but-clapper-stole-the-show-kayyem/index.html

Anyone doubting, or attempting to re-spin Clapper's (or Yates) testimony? Here's the transcripts... spin away:

    Oh yea... "boom".

Yes, one of the more bizarre posts from a person who makes his career on this board posting bizarre posts. But I do bet that Obama needed to try and blackmail Trump for extra cash. Shortly after this, he was taking money from Wallstreet.

I think any of us would be fools to expect to Cohete Rojo to provide actual evidence that it wasn't a Yates/Obam blackmail scam. Why should he have to provide any evidence at all to back up that insinuation?

Yates was pretty solid as a witness today. She really showed Cruz how little the Senator knew. It was a complete schooling of Ted. It was funny that after Trump's tweets, Grassley tried to ask both Clapper and Yates about releasing classified information to the media, and they both shut that down without any kind of flinching at all.

"force (someone) to do something by using threats or manipulating their feelings"

Wow! Today we found out that sometimes words have more than one definition.

    Yay!

Yes, you have shown us that Yates and Obama tried to blackmail Trump. It is amazing that you were able to take Flynn who appears to have been compromised and a warning about him, and show us all that it was some sort of attempt at blackmail. You did it without providing one single shred of evidence about it.

    FANTASTIC!

Some lawmakers present appeared to be unclear on the definition of leaking. Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) asked Clapper if he’s ever “leaked information, classified or unclassified, to a member of the press.”

“Well, unclassified is not — is not leaking,” Clapper said, to laughter from many in the chamber. “That’s somewhat of a non sequitur.”

Yes, but you still make NO sense! Have fun in your insane rabbit hole! Yay! Obama just hates Flynn!

Also, you're claiming Trump has feelings, other than alternate bouts of petulant or insecure rage? ROFL. Yay!
