For $55.00 a month you can get 10Mbps down and 1.5 up. My speeds are extremely fast.

Any chance your home insurance policy can cover these costs? I'm just saying, is all.
Can you "yadda yadda" the good part? I don't think you can "yadda yadda" that part. I think we're getting cheated here...

I don't know about the insurance angle, but at the same time I don't know what's wrong either so I'm not sure.

Comcast guy coming tomorrow, guess I'll see how it goes...

I had comcast about 6months ago and I was paying for the 5mbps plan or something like that and I would download at 86kpbs FASTEST. It never got faster than that once and I told them whats up and they said they would charge me if it was in my house so I threatened to cancel my contract w/ them if they didn't come and fix my connection for free and they said go ahead so I canceled it and never looked back. I have windstream now and i love it.

Screw comcast. I have never hated any company in this world more than I hate comcast

I had a comcast guy come out recently and it was the line from the wall to the house. He also replaced the coupling from the street into the house because he said if he didn't they would have charged me for the real problem (the inside line). Bottom line is that they charge for inside line repairs but outside line repairs waive the service call.
