Solid list. I'd add Southside Espresso also roasts their own coffee. Boomtown is good but so are others. As a roaster, I don't think one stands out, all are super quality. One easy thing to look for is the roast date. If there is no date on it (first clue), you should probably just skip that roaster. Any reputable roaster will have a date. If it is >2 weeks, it's old and look for a fresher bag.
Across Post Oak in that new building directly across from waterwall. I walk through there on the way to the Galleria all the time.
Hey, it was cool meeting you yesterday! I'll definitely take you up on that offer for a cup of coffee, but I had to get back for a meeting.
I've actually been off coffee and caffeinated sodas for about a month now. Still not 100% adjusted, but definitely not dependent on it. Used to drink 3-5 coke cans a day, I've switched to sprite, it's not nearly as addicting. I don't think I can go back to mass amounts of caffeine like I used to do. Trying to cleanse the system one step at a time. But coffee and I ad a beautiful thing back in the day.
yeah for me coffee is not as good if i drink it every single day. so from time to time i won't have it for 2-3 weeks and it will reset for me.
Always great meeting another old time Clutchfans member as well. Let me know when you'll be there again and I'll come by!
