    Bottom line, this.

Eye for an eye doesn't help anyone. Believe me, my instinct is to rip these guys to shreds with my bare hands. But it's better to just uproot the issue, lock, stock, and barrel. Horrible consequences just drive these ****s deeper underground, but they still do this crap, and then they kill the kids when they're done instead of a rape and release. Better to have them more easily accessible as they pop up. Most of them probably want to die anyway, so a death penalty is a way out for them.

As for Western society promoting this type of behavior....I can see it, but it's basic pack instinct to drive the sick and dying away. And it doesn't get more sick than a child molester.

& let Sam Waterston prosecute the offenders.

At least one agency has brought Chris Hansen in to interrogate suspects after they're already in custody, & for other types of crimes! He somehow gets them talking. If anyone could do it: "All 50 of you, why don't you take a seat. Right over there... go ahead... what were you doing standing on a baby?!"

No doubt these guys deserve the death sentence. But can they plea insanity? If say, some of them are diagnosed to have some psychological problems, so are they transfered to an asylum instead of prison? That would be a huge injustice.

What do you guys think if prostitutionn were permitted and for cheap? Would these guys still resort to vulnerable children? I'm not defending them, I'm just saying maybe it's because they couldn't get laid by women so they resort to harming children? Nevertheless, public beheadings.

Not compassion really - just not reducing ourselve to take vengeance. What purpose does it really serve? I am still for capital punishment in these cases.

I am not talking about that. I am talking about the people feeling sorry for the guys torturing children. Who cares if they had a rough time growing up, millions of people do and don't resort to torturing babies.
