Congrats, Clutch. Thank you for what you provide. I've enjoyed 14.5 years here. I've learned things about life and sports I never would have learned other places. I trutruly mean that.
I've ultimately been a member of ClutchFans since 2002 and from a perspective of someone who lives far a way from Texas, this sight has allowed me to feel like part of the Rocket Nation. Thanks Clutch!
1. I remember how great this site was and then we signed Yao Ming. Dark days. Then, we signed Lin..... Sigh. 2. Tapatalk plugin would be the coup de grace to all other fan sites!

Happy Birthday!!! Does anyone remember all the name changes and when they changed? I remember coming onto the site when it was something like, "clutchcity.com" and it was taken down and moved to "clutchcity.net". I could have the names wrong but I do remember 2 name changes.
Reminiscing on the beginnings of Rockets fans sites..... Some old Rockets fan sites via Clutch's old Links page https://web.archive.org/web/19981205044141/http://www.clutchcity.com/links.html My Rockets fan site, The Launch Pad. Was one of the first 3 Rockets fan sites on the net before I started a short lived column on Clutch's site. LOL at how dated that site looks now. But we were young and didn't know any better. https://web.archive.org/web/19981202145721/http://kissasylum.com/rockets/ The Clutch Crew? Old Skool! https://web.archive.org/web/19981202165718/http://www.clutchcity.com/crew.html Man, 20 years?
Man, that brings back some memories. I know I gave you and Jeffs pages many hits before making this my default source. Thanks for all that. Clutch, as if words could express our thanks, which they cant, thanks for ALL the hard work and money you have put into making our little home away from home on the interwebs so awesome. You truely are Da Man.
It was funny as hell the first time. And even funnier that 2 years later he resurrected it again for that answer.
I remember when my baby girl would sit in my lap as I read and participated in the discussions here years ago. As a young adult Clutchfans helped in the voting process that made her a Rockets Power Dancer. This site has been a huge part of my family for many years -- grandkids coming soon! Thanks Clutch, you guys have done one hell of a job. Congrats!!
Congrats, happy anniversary, and mostly THANKS for the site, Clutch. It's still the best sports forum on the internet.
