    the roster in 2009 had Yao, no tmac in the playoffs, and a bunch of dudes. They still won a first round series with no home court advantage under Adelman.

    Maybe under jVg they didn't have enough to win it all, but how about just 1 playoff series win?

    You're right, JVG forced Yao to be on the block, where Yao subsequently developed into the most talented big man in the NBA.

    There hasn't been a center drafted since Yao that is as good as he was.

    Damn that JVG!

    Dwight has 3 DPOYs, 8 first team selections, 2 CF appearances and a finals appearance on Yao.
