[ClutchFans] Rockets will not participate in Vegas Summer League in 2013

    Parsons has only played one game ever in Vegas.

    There was no summer league his rookie year due to the lockout. His 2nd year he was there mostly for moral support (and to party).

    Summer league does not always tell you who is gonna be good next year, but it does tend to alarm you as to who is gonna struggle-- if you can't even beat fellow rookies in summer league competition, it's a problem.

    Are the Orlando date set in stone yet? I'm taking a trip to Disney World in August and would love to have a day or two to myself watching the greatest sport in the world.
