    I'd like to point out that this makes the decision to switch to the blue pajama jerseys and that crappy logo look even worse in hindsight.

    I think it's a great slogan. It would be nice if they brought back the old jerseys to lift our morale.

    I reckon I am OK with the new marketing theme. Seems a bit over used (eg. "The Raider Nation") and it also hints more strongly at politics and could even have a stronger tie-in if the team was the Houston Indians.

    I guess my thinking is too predictable, since I would have looked for something tied to the word "rocket" (eg "Come watch the Rockets Red Glare") or even a tie-in to the team's current situation (built less around the stars, or younger/running/hustling type of play).

    Which leads to another observation... are the Rockets moving further from the Rocket icon and theme? You really need t look hard to see a "rocket" in the jersey and logo. I guess the team would prefer to be identified with the color and less with the rocket (though in an odd bit of timing, the team is expected to release an laternate jersey and color this year).

    I will wait to see how the graphics look... I am sure the "Red Nation" will catch on if the graphics supprt the idea.

    If I were coming up with a slogan, I'd make a double meaning one like this and laugh at all the idiots who get mad.
