It wasn't a fair assessment; the way he described it was as if Lin was a scrub in the game, which wasn't so at all.

I thought Lin's performance was unsatisfactory- you're right, it wasn't his worst, but far from his best. However if you look at it relative to the game's context, 15-3 is pretty decent. As to his TOs, I wouldn't say that Lin's handles are horrible, rather that he was up against the #1 player in steals. Of course, his decision-making could be greatly improved considering the number of times he got trapped. As a whole, the team's pnr should be greatly worked upon as there were plenty of times where the pick was non-existent or weak.
