I think it's safe to confirm that Morey's just waiting for a better offer. Hopefully, one presents itself really soon. There's a lot of late gauging going on by a couple of teams as they continue to explore all their options with various teams and secondary "offers" are submitted. This state of flux is what makes this process so intriguing because anything can happen. Personally, I'm hoping a trade we were not expecting comes to fruition really soon. A lot of what may seem as a wild speculation or an unsubstantiated rumor actually stems from the initial gauging and secondary offers being made by these teams. Sometimes these intial discussions get leaked, unfortunately.

Love for Asik straight... Too bad this ain't happening.

 

I would think that this is the least possible option. I just can't see what Houston can offer the Wolves to get Love. They don't need Asik because they signed Pec to a heavy contract and they don't need Lin because they have Rubio. I don't believe that the Rockets are ready to part ways with Harden even for Love.

Korver is 32 and his contract doesn't end until 2017. That sound like a Morey guy? Elton Brand would be filler, so perhaps Atlanta is offering filler plus a first round pick? Meh, but pretty much what I expected.
