I can't even tell you when was the last time I enjoyed watching the Rox play like I am right now! Man, it seems like our team is jelling right now, SWEET!!!!!

 

Yao is not going to the line enough recently.

 

because he has been shooting a lot of 15ft jumpers rather than posting up and banging someone.

 

I know. They need to mix it up a little bit more. Drawing fouls is also very important.

 

We need to play better defense. 23-23 with a little over 3 left in the first.

 

they try...yao is allways banging for position and sliding accross the paint looking for someone to pass him the ball. it doesn't work out too much though.

 

This is what BBALL used to be like, up and down, lots of scorings, pure fun!

 

The press is pretty effective..seems to be messing with our rhythm

 

Yao-Tmac combo is doing great!

 

You guys see what happened when teammates looking for Yao more, nothing but good things happened for us! Yao 12 pts already!!!!!!!!!

I guess... but if they don't win, everybody in here will be complaining... I know I will. (defense is still the key... I don't know why it has to be either/or).

 

Someone tell Wesley it's OK to smile at the end of a sweet play. It's a game, have some fun!

 

we are winning because of great offense (60% shooting), but they are in the game because we let them shoot 52%.


as our fg% comes back down to earth, our defense will have to do a better job.

 

The pace is fast. Don't know if Yao can still walk in 4th quarter.

 

35-30 at the end of the first, Rockets lead. Yao with 12pts (I think) ...and he played the entire 1st quarter! Deke couldn't get into the game for the last minute and a half. Yao didn't look tired, and has 1 foul, and is playing very well. TMAC is shooting well again.

More defense and we'll be looking good.

 

JVG, can you please take the ROD man out and put Barrett in! For the life of me,I can't see any good thing from Strickland!

 

washington has a really good offense and also forces tempo, which is hard to match up with. plus both teams were just hot. the game won't finish 140-120. if they can't keep up with us b/c they won't play D, we won't need to worry about our D.

 

Now a refined prediction: Rox 115 : Wiz 109. T-Mac will have a big offensive night with 44 points. Look for Yao to disappear from the rest the game cause he'll be fronted and pretty much used up has shares of touches.

 

I'd rather they just go with Barry... and fill in the rest of the parts around him.

Both Barrett and Rod haven't shown anything.
