ClutchFans Game Thread: Wizards @ Rockets 12/12/2012

I remember in that game Lin turned the ball over in clutch time but managed to get the ball back and scored right away. He also hit a 3 pointer after that play to tie the game, which forced celtics' time out.
Everyone on knicks board was like, fxxk, ummmm, omg, damn.. during that 2 minutes span.

 

Lin is not the best defensive starter, Asik is certainly better.

Arguable this year. I feel like he's riding on his reputation at this point. Chandler has looked average on defense this year, but he makes up for it with his improving offense.

 

well Lin is playing really well on defense and if these 2 guys are better seems we wouldnt be ranked in the bottom 3 on d right?

Osik does play d but he can come out and cover....a big who can shoot is going to destry him because Osik has NO feet

 

I don't know if you can compare Lin's defense to Parsons defense or to Patts defense seeing as how they both play different positions. Our best defender is hands down Asik obviously. Parsons Lin & Patt are all good defenders although Parsons has been pretty average this season defensively likely because of his increased offensive load. Harden is definitely the weakest defender in the starting 5.

 

Because the guards aren't getting back on defense to stop transition...
